Cold laser has many documented benefits ranging from pain relief, reduction of inflammation and shortened tissue healing times. Because soft tissue damage and inflammation almost always accompany most physical injuires it’s important to be able to offer our cients a non-invasive drug free option that can dramatically reduce inflammation, eliminate pain and significantly reduce healing times.
The benefits of cold laser therapy are readily apparent. The following conditions have been shown to respond very well to cold laser therapy:

The clinical results and patient benefits of cold laser, also known as low level laser therapy, are only realized when the proper laser equipment is used. Don’t be fooled by inferior laser therapy equipment. At The Center we are dedicated to integrating our uniuqe manual therapy & non-surgical approahces to patient care with cutting edge technologies in rehabiliatative & functional medicine. A satisfactory result of a laser therapy treatment requires that a certain dose be administered.
904 nm (infrared) super-pulsed 904 nm GaAs (Gallium Arsenide) laser mulitprobe is Irradia’s flagship product. With peak powers of 20 W per laser diode and an average output power of 240 mW (4 laser diodes of 60 mW each), the superpulsed 904 GaAs multiprobe is a powerful tool for the laser therapist. Because of the high power densities casued by the high peak powers this behavior significantly increases the penetration depth of the laser light.
It has been suggested that this laser type has the highest working depth of all therapeutic laser types on the market.
A satisfactory result of a laser therapy treatment requires that a certain dose be administered. When treating patients with low-frequency conventional GaAs irradiation (and when the therapist wants to give a certain dose), treatment sessions may become very time consuming, and thus costly for the patient, due to the low average output levels. This problem does not arise with the Irradia superpulsed 904 nm GaAs-laser. The constant average output makes it easy to calculate a correct treatment time when a certain dose is to be given.
904 nm (infrared) superpulsed GaAs-laser, multiprobe & singleprobe. The super-pulsed 904 nm GaAs (Gallium Arsenide) laser mulitprobe is our flagship product. With peak powers of 20 W per laser diode and an average output power of 240 mW (4 laser diodes of 60 mW each), the superpulsed 904 GaAs multiprobe is a powerful tool for the laser therapist. Because of the high power densities casued by the high peak powers, the penetration profile of the superpulsed laser light behaves non-linearly in tissue. This non-linear behavior significantly increases the penetration depth of the GaAs laser light. It has been suggested that this laser type has the highest working depth of all therapeutic laser types on the market. The 904 nm superpulsed GaAs-laser is also offered as a singleprobe with an average output power of 60 mW.
The Irradia GaAs-laser is unique in that its high average output power is independent of the pulse frequency. Conventional GaAs-lasers give lower average output power with lower frequencies.
There are several different types of GaAlAs (Gallium Aluminium Arsenide) lasers. The scientific documentation of the GaAlAs lasers is not as good as for the GaAs lasers (above), allthough it is continously growing, particularly for the 800-830 nm range. The Irradia 808 nm GaAlAs multiprobe has a total output power of 1800 mW (4×450 mW), and the singleprobe has an output power of 450 mW. The 808 nm multiprobe and singleprobe can be used both in continous and pulsed mode.
As more an more people are searching for new technologies that offer accelerated healings times with minimal risk cold laser therapy is emerging as a primary option for many fulfilling this role as a completely non-invasive procedure.
